Salarek - Asuran Guardian

Some Guild Wars 2 fan art of my Asuran Guardian: Salarek. Wearing (mostly) the Electroplated Heavy Asuran armor set, and wielding a Pact Gladius, he stands resolute in Frostgorge Sound (or somewhere like that, I dunno...).

I was looking for a way to really try to work on some weaker aspects of my artwork. I don't generally do well drawing complex, complicated things like armor or robots, and I also don't have a lot of experience drawing scenery and backgrounds. I really love Guild Wars 2 for its armor designs and landscapes/scenery among other things, so I figured I'd pay tribute to one of my favourite games and hone my skills at the same time!
